Accessibility statement
Last updated: 5 July 2026
Our commitment
DGAI Studios wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform: automated checks cover only part of the WCAG success criteria, and a full manual audit has not yet been completed.
What we do
- Every page is scanned with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 A and AA before each release, on desktop and mobile viewports. Our release baseline is zero known violations.
- Color contrast in our design system is verified against the WCAG 2.1 AA ratios (4.5:1 for text).
- The site works without JavaScript-dependent gestures, uses semantic HTML landmarks, and supports keyboard navigation.
Known limitations
- A complete manual assessment (screen reader, 200% zoom, reduced-motion preferences) is planned but not yet completed; issues outside the reach of automated testing may exist.
- Campaign deliverables generated for customers (copy and images in the customer portal) are produced per brief and are not individually audited for accessibility.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, please tell us: [email protected]. Describe the page and the problem; we aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix confirmed barriers in the next release.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Dutch supervisory authority for the European Accessibility Act via the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) or the ACM, depending on the service concerned.
